Our standard buffet offers a choice of one main protein, which can be split between two options at no additional charge. For example, with 100 guests, we can serve 50 portions of pork and 50 portions of chicken.

Gathering - $50 per person

Includes the same selection of dishes as the buffet, but served family-style at your table. Each dish is artfully presented on beautiful platters for sharing to enhance the experience and bring people together. Includes:

Our plated menus offer an elevated experience with each guest served an individually plated meal,  tailored to your preferences and dietary needs. Plated menus are perfect for those seeking a refined dining experience.

2nd full protein:  $10 per person

Premium Proteins

Beef Upcharge: Due to the high-quality sourcing, a $8 per person upcharge applies for proteins like brisket or top-round roast.

Steak: Market Price

Lamb Upcharge: For locally sourced lamb, a $15 per person upcharge applies.

Additional sides: $5 per person

Seafood Entrées: If you wish to incorporate fish or seafood as a main course, please reach out for customization and pricing options

    •  Includes premium spirits, craft beer, and a curated selection of signature cocktails.

  • Luxury Package: $60–$85 per person 

    • Includes top-shelf liquors, champagne toasts, and seasonal, creative cocktails.

Wine & Beer Only Bar

For a simpler bar option, we offer a selection of wine and beer with up to 4 hours of dedicated service
